Hello! My name is Megan Blackaby.  I am the Reading Intervention Teacher at AIS for grades K-3.  I am starting my 23rd year in education. I have taught first through fourth grades throughout these years, and now in my second year of being the Reading Intervention Teacher.   I received my degrees from Northern Kentucky University. I hold a Bachelor's Degree in Elementary Education, a Master's Degree in Reading and Writing, and Rank 1 Certification in Gifted and Talented Education.  My husband and I have three daughters and stay pretty busy with their extra-curricular activities but when I do get spare time for myself I enjoy reading and sewing.
