Hello I’m Libby Dyar.
I have been married to Ralph for nearly 20 years. We have a daughter that is currently attending MCTC.
I was raised in St. Petersburg, Florida and moved to Jacksonville, Florida as an adult. After Ralph and I married we moved to Alabama, Georgia, and South Carolina due to his work. After his retirement we settled in Brooksville in 2013.
I was involved in education for several years before obtaining my bachelor's degree. I am obtained my reading specialist master's degree from Georgetown College. I am a proud member of Kappa Delta Pi honor society.
This is my fourth year at Augusta Independent School and my third year teaching 6th grade ELA and 4th-6th grade social studies. I taught previously at St. Augustine School.
I have many fun and thought provoking activities that we will be doing this year. I am so excited to be your child’s teacher. I can’t wait to get started!
